VoIP & automatic time capture
Turn conversations into captured time.
Telephone work is some of the most under-recorded work in a law firm. Lexora records the call against the matter and prepares the time entry — a person still decides whether it is billed.

What it does
Provider-neutral
A common contract with adapters for supported phone systems and a generic PBX webhook.
Caller identification
Numbers are normalised to Australian E.164 format and matched to client records.
Matter suggestion
Where one likely matter exists, it is suggested; ambiguity is shown, not guessed.
Connected time only
Ringing time is never billed — only the connected conversation is timed.
Draft time entries
Entries are created for review. Nothing is invoiced automatically.
Unassigned call centre
Unknown, missed and internal calls are handled separately for follow-up.
Screen pop
A live caller panel shows who is calling and the likely matter.
Recording off by default
Call recording controls are disabled unless the firm enables them.
Audit and idempotency
Provider events are deduplicated by call ID and written to an audit log.
Call capture requires a supported telephony provider to be connected and configured by the firm. Supported adapters include a generic PBX webhook plus Twilio, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams Phone, Aircall and Dialpad. No provider is connected by default.
The workflow
Call to invoice, without re-keying.
Each step is visible and reversible, and a fee earner is always in the loop before time becomes money.
